Product Returns

Once you have received the product(s), the Client will have 15 running days from the product delivery (using the date indicated in the delivery note and signed by the receiver, unless otherwise specified) to examine it and, if it does not meet the expectations, the Client could ask for a product refund, without shipment costs, as they already have been charged. In this case, return freight costs and return expenses will be assumed by the Client.

To complete the return, the product must be in perfect condition. Once we have received the goods and after verifying its state, Meryan will refund its amount by the same method it was purchased.

However, the return of faulty goods and wrong shipments will always be admitted. In those cases, Meryan will assume the shipment costs if the Client notifies this situation within 7 running days from the reception of the shipment.
Customized products returns will be not be accepted under no circumstances.


If the order cancellation arrives before the goods are shipped, the Client will not have to assume any expense.

If the cancellation is completed after the goods have been shipped, the Client will have to pay the shipment costs, as well as the return costs of this product order.
